Purchase of Data Package
Upon receipt of the AIRSIM, please download Mobile Apps AIRSIM ROAM and AIRTALK ROAM.
Prior to your every trip, simply select the destination, duration and effective date via AIRSIM App prior to your every trip, pay the balance by VISA / MasterCard / PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay / PayMe / Alipay/ WeChat Pay in App in case of insufficient balance in account, then confirm at checkout page.
Upon arrival, insert your AIRSIM into the mobile phone and switch on “Data Roaming” function, AIRSIM will be transformed into a local SIM in 3 minutes.
AIRSIM Balance and Expiry
The balance in the AIRSIM account can be used to purchase data and voice packages in App.
The AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended 1 year automatically from the date of every purchase of data package or top-up.

NOTE
1. All purchased data packages can be used from 14 days before the selected effective date and within 30 days from the selected effective date.
2. Except for 24 / 48 Hours Data Package, the daily data usage time is from Hong Kong time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. There is no pro-rata calculation regardless of the activation time of data service. 24 / 48 Hours Data Package is a continuous 24 / 48-hour session starting from service activation.
3. “Day Count” data package starts upon data connected at designated destination considers as the first day, consecutive use of Day Plan is required. All unused data allowance cannot be carried forward to next trip and no partial refund will be made.
4. AIRSIM works on mobile phones or tablets such as iPAD only, but not compatible with pocket WiFi device (MiFi). You can use data sharing (Tethering) on your mobile phone or tablet if applicable.
5. Most overseas mobile operators have Fair Usage Policy (FUP). We recommend AIRSIM users to disable the software auto-update function, and use free WiFi for activities that require high data usage.
6. AIRSIM supports data service only. It does not support SMS. You can make calls to Local and Hometown thru our AIRTALK App, and receive calls after your calls diverted to us prior to your departure.
7. All sold AIRSIM Prepaid Card is non-refundable.
